Located in beautiful Northwest Colorado, we breed high quality AKC registered yorkies.

Over a decade has passed since we had our first litter and we have been striving to improve our lines and quality every time we add to our program. We have strived to produce that babydoll look that everyone these days falls in love with at first glance and import high quality lines to improve overall health of our program.

We specialize in both solid colors and parti pattern. You will see all sorts of colors in our litters including traditional black and tan, chocolate, black, sable, and even blonde!

At Yampa Valley Yorkies we take pride in our home-raised and socialized pups. They grow up under foot and come to their new home pre-spoiled. You will not regret paying for a well-bred, healthy yorkie pup with health tested parents.

All of our adult dogs are health tested for 200+ genetic diseases before being placed in our breeding program.

Since we are a small yorkie breeder we don't always have puppies available, but we are happy to take contact information so we can inform prospective buyers of pregnancies and litters.

Tink

Tink is a darker traditional girl from imported lines. She has petite babydoll features with a short muzzle and a sweet personality but plenty of energy to balance it all out. She sleeps with the kids often and loves being with her people. She is 5lbs and will have her first litter toward the end of 2023.

Susie

Susie is a traditional out of imported lines. Health tested unaffected by all testable diseases. She is 6lbs of so much love. She wants attention all the time and will be in your lap and loving on you if at all possible. She likes kids, adults, anyone who will pet her.

 

Ava

Ava is a chocolate parti new to our program. Health tested clear. She weighs 5lbs and has the sweetest meek personality. She will let all the other dogs walk all over her, she just wants to cuddle in a lap all day every day. Hopefully her first litter with Yampa Valley Yorkies will be in early 2024.

 

Kahlua

Kahlua is a babydoll faced chocolate that carries the parti gene. She weighs 5.5lbs and is the daughter of our Ava. Health tested clear. She is the loviest girl I’ve ever had. She has cuddled with me at night since she was a tiny puppy. She will have her first litter late 2023/early 2024.

 

Tsarina “Rina”

Our little Tsarina “Rina” is our dark traditional girl imported from Russia. She is out of Stribrn Prani show lines and weighs in at 6lbs. Health tested as unaffected by any testable diseases. She is undaunted by anything that she comes across and is very athletic. Rina is a playful little princess and she absolutely adores kids.

 
 

Maggie

Maggie is a dark traditional. She stayed black as an adult and many of her puppies will do the same. She loves kids and sleeps with one of our kiddos every night. She’s a sweet and loving personality, always happy to be a lap baby for anyone willing to pick her up.
